💙 Learning Together Through Empathy and Interaction

Building Connection with Our Teachers 

 Our first meeting was held with teachers to create a warm and positive atmosphere. The session began with a warm-up activity, “One Truth and a Lie,” first modeled by the teachers themselves. This helped build trust and encouraged active participation. After the warm-up, teachers introduced themselves and shared their teaching approaches and expectations. The meeting continued with the exchange of activity ideas to support collaboration and student engagement throughout the project. 

 Meeting Our Students: Expression, Empathy and Creativity 

 We then held our first meeting with students, focusing on self-expression and emotional awareness. Students introduced themselves both verbally and through emojis, which made the session inclusive and enjoyable. After watching a video about empathy and bullying, students shared their feelings using Mentimeter. In the final activity, students took part in a New Year and empathy-themed song lyrics activity prepared by our project partner teacher Menia, adding creativity and reflection to the meeting.
